Also, I had never heard of Heathkit before. I did some research and apparently they were a company that manufactured radio technologies that you had to build for yourself in the 40’s and 50’s. As television started to rise in popularity they started to branch out into making pre-built musical equipment. 
Above is a picture from a Heathkit catalog of the same model cab I now possess. The date of the catalog is 1970. I can’t find a serial number on my cab, but my internet research leads me to believe that my new cab is from that same year. Mindblowing.
